ACCESSIBILITY

At The Nest, we are committed to making our venue welcoming and accessible for everyone.

Our venue is located at street level and offers step-free access throughout the main event space, which accommodates up to 1,310 guests at ground floor level. Entryways, bars, and the main floor area are all wheelchair accessible. We also provide an accessible toilet on the ground floor, found right of the stage directly opposite from the main bar.

Please note, all our main events take place in the ground-level main room.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS INFORMATION
The Nest has an entrance with no stairs, with a disabled toilet on the same floor. Sadly, there is no lift upstairs at this time. If you would like to talk to someone further about specifics for our venue, please email info@nestnotts.co.uk and we will endeavour to answer all your queries.

STANDING AND QUEUING
Seating can be provided on request and Access Cardholders with difficulty standing and queuing can get in touch to arrange early entry.

ACCESS TO TOILETS
We have one accessible toilet in The Nest located on the ground floor. The door is unlocked using a radar key.  Please speak to a member of our security team or bar staff to request this.

Our ladies’ toilets are located on the first floor and this is currently only accessible by stairs.

MEZZANINE LEVEL
Our mezzanine level is located upstairs with no step-free access currently available to this level.

ASSISTANCE DOGS
Dogs are welcome in the venue! Given the nature of the venue, we would discourage customers from bringing assistance dogs with them during shows and busy periods unless necessary.


ESSENTIAL COMPANIONS
Customers with accessibility difficulties who need a full-time assistant or carer in order to attend the event are eligible to purchase 2-for-1 tickets in order to bring a personal assistant or carer to the event at no extra cost.

To apply for a 2-for-1 ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility through to eventmanagement@gigantic.com. We accept the Access Card as proof of eligibility and will provide the stated assistant tickets for that card. Once an event is sold out, we have to limit this due to licensing laws with our capacity.
