WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?
We don't have regular opening times. Currently we are only open when events or matchday fan zones are taking place.

ARE YOU AN EVENTS VENUE OR A FAN ZONE?
Both! We host an array of events across multiple days of the week, but on Notts County FC’s matchday's we serve as a pre-game fan zone.

On Forest matchdays we are open exclusively to away ticket-holders as a fan zone too.

 

LOST PROPERTY
Think you've left something at the Nest? Give us a call on 0115 952 9000 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or send an email to info@nestnotts.co.uk with a description of your lost property and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON THE DOOR?
In most cases if an event is not sold out, promoters will have tickets available to purchase on the door. However, we strongly suggest buying tickets online in advance to avoid disappointment and help with smooth entry to the venue.

WHERE SHOULD I PURCHASE MY TICKETS FROM?
See our What's On page to browse and book all our events. Gigantic is our main ticketing provider, but some event promoters will list their allocation of tickets elsewhere.

 

CAN I USE CASH AT THE VENUE?
The Nest is a cashless venue, therefore all our bars are card/contactless only. However, independent food traders or artist merchandise stalls may accept cash.

 

CAN I GET A COMPANION TICKET?
Please email info@nestnotts.co.uk with your full name, accessibility requirements, documentation and details of the event you’re planning to attend. We'll help from there!

 

WOULD THERE BE ANY REASON I WON'T GET IN?
Be nice and don’t do anything inappropriate, basically. We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear drunk, are suspected to have illegal items/substances or behave inappropriately in the queue, we may refuse you entry without a refund.

Our security teams will also conduct bag searches on entry, please assist them by bringing only what is needed.

 

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We don't have a strict dress code, but that said, there is a difference between going on a night out and going to the local gym.

 

WILL THERE BE STROBE LIGHTING OR PYROTECHNICS IN USE?
Most shows will have some form of flash lighting, but if you email us in advance at info@nestnotts.co.uk we'll do our best to find out!

 

WHAT SAFETY PROCEDURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
We have well-trained staff in place for all events, who will be happy to help with any concerns. For some big events we include medical staff in addition to our first aid trained staff across site.

If there's anything you're worried about then please don't hesitate to come and talk to us, we'll do our best to assist you.

For the safety of all customers and staff we have CCTV in operation on-site.

 

WHERE CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the situation. You can contact us via info@nestnotts.co.uk, please give as much information as possible.

 

DO YOU ALLOW STAGS AND HEN DO'S?
Yes, if you are well behaved then you will get in!

 

HOW DO I HIRE THE VENUE?
Send an email to info@nestnotts.co.uk with details of your enquiry and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with venue hire information.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME FOR AN 18+ EVENT?
We accept driving licences (including provisional licences), passports and Pass UK approved IDs.

 

WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR EVENTS/GIGS?
It changes per event. We can have under 18s in the venue until 11pm. Most of our events are 14+, however if a gig is running past 11pm then the event will be 18+ by default. All events should be stated on the artwork and/or ticketing link. Get in touch if you need more information.

 

WHAT ARE THE STAGE TIMES FOR TONIGHT'S SHOW?
Set times will usually be shared by the event promoter/artist you are coming to see a day or two ahead of the show via their social media channels. If you can't find them then get in touch with us via info@nestnotts.co.uk. The door times for each event will also be on your digital ticket.

 

DO YOU HAVE SEATING AVAILABLE?
On request we can provide seating for accessibility purposes. Please get in touch with us in advance via info@nestnotts.co.uk

 

CAN I PARK NEAR THE NEST?
The street our venue is located on, Iremonger Road, has limited street parking spaces. From 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday these are paid spaces and payments are made via the RingGo app. Street parking on Iremonger Road is free on Sundays.
